- What beverage drinks will IdentiTop fit with?
The medium size IdentiTop will fit bottle caps that are approximately 1" (one inch). The Large will fit the bottle caps from Sports Drinks or 1.5" caps. The Small will fit the smaller caps about 1".
2. I need one that will fit the Wide Mouth bottle cap like a sports drinks?
The large size IdentiTop will fit the wider bottle caps, which are about 1- 1/2 inch.
3. How do I personalize my IdentiTop?
IdentiTop's have a writeable area on top that you can write and erase your name, initials, a personal message or anything you like that will identify your drink.
4. What can I use to write my name on my IdentiTop?
Writing will work best with oil or acrylic markers, metallic Sharpies in Gold, Silver or Bronze. You can also use a regular pen. Please note: gel pen markings will smudge with water or hand sweat.
5. How do I erase my markings?
Add dish soap and scrub the area with a dish scrub or brush. Depending on the make or brand of the marker being used more scrubbing may be required. Sanitizing Wipes with alcohol can also be used.
6. Why don't my markings come off completely?
Different permanent markers brands will leave a stain. Spray alcohol and leave it for 5 minutes then scrub. For best results see Question #4.
7. What other ways can I personalize my IdentiTop without having to write on the white surface?
You can use personalized stickers or vinyl waterproof stickers or stickers with your name.

8. I want to write my name on IdentiTop but I don't want to use the white area to write on, is there anything else I can use?
You can use chalkboard labels and liquid chalk markers (any colors) that are oval shaped. Place and affix to the top of the IdentiTop. Erase markings with a wet towel.
9. Is there a smaller IdentiTop that will fit the regular 16.9 oz water bottles with smaller caps?
Yes, there are small IdentiTops that will fit smaller sized bottle caps.

11. Do you accept product returns?
Product Return are accepted, just simple contact us for return information and will be at no
cost to the customer. Product should be in original condition as it was sent. Please allow 5 business days for refund after the item is received back at our office.
